yea the veal stock is key. right in the middle of chicken and beef stock. veal is amazing. colby beef is the best. fuck peta. the onion jam is best served room temp over a steak with baby burssel sprouts sauted in pnacetta or smoked bacon.

HELL YEA!! I usually saute or bake them. The other day I put them in a casserole dish with 2 jars of Alfredo sauce, two cans of diced tomatoes and a big handful of Colby Jack cheese, plus minced garlic, salt, pepper.
HOLY SHMOLY was that good. Bake it at 350 for about a half hour. Delish
