What better place to start the Summer midnite season than with this hilarious parody that perfectly captures the zeitgeist of '80s teen summer camp movies and features members of the State (and Stella), Janeane Garofalo, Paul Rudd, Amy Poehler, and a talking can of vegetables?

It's the last day of summer at Camp Firewood, Maine, and the counselors have one final chance to resolve their pent-up sexual frustrations, post-traumatic stress, and looming separations. Plus, they have the big talent show to put on...and (in MEATBALLS 3 tradition) a looming threat from space to deal with. Oh, yeah, I guess there are kids, too. Whatever. It all adds up to a subversively funny film that's more fun than a super secret pizza party.
