I didn't think this band could possibly even remotely live up the the high praise they have received on these forums, but then I got to see them tonight and they completely blew me away. Seriously, that band was fucking awesome. I haven't had that much fun during a band's set in a long time. Of course, the fun was had laughing at just how ridiculously horrid they were, but that is neither here nor there. The fact of the matter is, that band was a total joke!

Did you know that if they couldn't go on third they weren't going to play? They refused. The club owner caved in because as he told All That Remains, Mastamindz usually brings in 400-500 people alone. Um. Yeah, and I weigh 140 pounds, do balet and am married to Jenna Jameson. If you count the guy who was taping their set, they probably had one person there to see them. Meanwhile, ATR and Beyond The Emrace had to ope n for them. Retarded.

WOW, this is the worst band ever.

I took the first three songs debating if I was going to be able to take pictures of them, then when I started to they started smiling and shit, and I felt really gay so I said "fuck this" and ran away. I then proceeded to hide the rest of the night because I was scared they would try to talk to me or something...

It fucking blows me away that they felt like they were holding that place hostage or something by refusing to play unless they went on third, and then they went on and proceeded to make themselves look like idiots. They just didn't fit in. Don't they realize that the entire Prong fanbase is like over 40, All That Remains and Beyond The Embrace are just way too metal for them, and hell, Dog Fashion Disco sucks really bad, but even the guys in THEIR band were out there laughing and making fun of that band. To think Beyond The Embrace almost couldn't play because of them. What a joke...

Oh yeah, and I guess when ATR got there, they went to check in with Jarrod and he looked at them and said "I'm not dealing with you guys, go talk to someone else." I can't wait for that club to go bankrupt. I hate driving there and the venue has the gayest set up ever, and who the fuck is he to be an asshole like that to ANYONE? What, because he can book bands like Dope, Prong and Twisted Method? Yeah buddy, you're a fucking bad ass!
