haha, me and brian had that happen to us too. some prissy bitch was telling us we needed to change Forced Asphyxiation's name cuz of some band in Scotland called Forced Asphyxia.

the guy that contacted us claimed they had forced a few other "nachzehrer" named bands to change their names in the past and we better do the same or else. we told him to get fucked. haven't heard from him since.

they are from germany right? tell them to go fuck off, then copyright the name in the U.S. that way if they every decide to come touring in the states, they legally have to call themselves by a different name. i.e. HIM calling themselves HER in the US.

we did the same thing to Forced Asphyxia, even tho its not the same name, just similar, they were putting up a huge fight about it
