I knew I should hate this band. And now, I learn they steal riffs from better bands. I wouldn't mind if it they stole riffs from worse bands and made them better, but it's the other way around. Here's the proof:

This is stupid. They're playing the same style, of course riffs are going to be "similar." Plus the riffs aren't even that close. Just hate trivium because they're not good. It's easy, I do it.

I only listened to part of the first one, and they weren't that close. That said, I don't like Trivium or Metallica.

There's only so many metal riffs possible. So, of course there will be different bands with riffs that sound almost the same. And really, this applies to every genre.
