The band that was sharing our space just bounced on us without any notice and we're in a jam rent-wise. It's a really big space with high ceilings at the N.Beacon sound museum. Rent is $300, anyone, anyone???

We're only in there once or twice a week unless we have a show coming coming up but we'd make arrangements around your schedule. We pay our rent on time and try to keep the place clean, we were also thinking about putting on shows there.
