Yes I do play metal, but the only project for me that seems to be going anywhere right now is my new pop-punk/ hardcore project. We tried to be as professional as we could with the recording but there was only so much we could do. The drums are recorded very shittily mic'd in my garage and the guitars were tracked run direct like through my p.a. Not to mention we Used Audactiy for the entire project. Oh well, Its alright for what it is.
We're going to be playing shows when I get back in December (recording a new EP in January). It's kind of hard to say with the crappy recording, I can see this being good on a better recording though. Direct-in guitar recordings kill me.
