no, i am pretty sure its all mainstage. I believe the way they are doin it is 15-20min per band for RS, BNM, DF, A, VOF
then 30-35min for Necro, 1349, Suff
and Carcass will be 1hour.

sure this is all speculation, but come on, at marks in NH they can cram 12 bands in one night on one tiny little stage.

I hope they have re-entry for at least a couple hours. I doubt it, but one can dream. Being in the Palladium for that long is torture. I almost feel like going 3 hours late even though I'll miss bands I want to see.

i totally agree. especially when you gotta drop a download. When i went there for the metal fest i specifically took some pepto so i wouldnt have to dump in that place. wow, that would be awful.

i strongly doubt the Palladium will sell out, they cram so many people in there. i haven't seen a metal show sell out in a long time, usually anything that sells out is crap.

yeah, last time i saw the palladium sell out was when i tried to go see BTBAM (alaska tour) with BDM. I got there all the way from boston, and it was sold out. Now i always buy tickets before hand. I think At The Gates sold out at the door too, didnt it? I am not sure because i had tickets, but i think i remember hearing that it did.

My guitar player tried to go the BTBAM show and got turned away at the door too -- he came all the way from Manchester, NH. I think I'll pre-buy the tickets online to be sure -- I'll cut a nigga if I don't get in.

i agree that his other stuff is great, but Necro was better with him. Even though muhammad wrote all necro's first two records, Marco definitely took some artistic license while he was playing it.

I bet you 8 billion dollars muhammad would still write everything even if marco did a record for necrophagist. It all sounds like a drum machine anyways (even epitaph) so why have someone who has way more to offer play like a drum machine? Besides, Marco isn't a death metal drummer and admits that he can't do blast beats for long because he doesn't use kick triggers, tiring himself out prematurely.

yeah, its programmed real well. I guess its hard to accept that anyone that isn't a drummer knows how to break down rhythms as well as he does, but hes also something of a savant.

That's what I thought too. But, they're still up on Mass Concerts. I don't know how reputable they are for proper information though. It would really suck if they aren't on the bill. Rotten Sound and Carcass are the only bands that I REALLY REALLY want to see. Veil of Maya is the only band I don't give a fuck about. The rest are awesome, but I've either seen them enough or am not into them that much.

Oh good, Rotten Sound isn't opening. I'm going to get supper while Veil Of Maya is on, then try to get in for Beneath The Massacre. I enjoy them thoroughly, but I will not be too hurt if I miss them. I really hope the sound is better for them than at Summer Slaughter last year, since all you could hear was the occasional meedly meedly saturated by harsh bass drum triggers and vocals.
