this would probably be overruled if they were teaching anything but US history, i dont think a judge with extensive knowledge in us history (assuming they took the standard pre-law/history approach before law school) would ever rule in favor of crediting students for their participation in religious propaganda. thats like giving drug dealers who lose their connect unemployment. i wouldnt be surprised if they changed the ruling to allow the courses to be credited as religious studies or philosophy and that would be fair considering the students did do work and deserve recognition at least for completing a college level curriculum.
