i agree, never was a fan |
|
I always compared to S.O.D. and had already decided that I only had room in my life for one O.D. and "S" it was. |

Agreed!
This is why they were a big deal, atleast to me anyway...
U.S.A. for Africa
What a fucking scam
Charity begins at home
What about our land
America has it's own problems
That's what should come first
So fuck those nigger's charity
And let them die of thirst
He called it like he saw it and back then not many really had the balls to say what alot of us were feeling. I am not saying that I respected him/them for being racists, hate mongoring, homophobes but because he said how he felt and didn't give a shit what anyone said...
After that album though he/they became a cartoon of themselves, and obviously he is so full of himself that I would never support another thing he/they do. |

backed. |

Thing is, half of "U.S.A. for M.O.D." is just leftover songs from Speak English or Die, which is the only reason it's any good. But I'll take whatever leavings of Sergeant D's that I can get. |
|
i like the first record.
they were pretty good last night. the sod songs sounded great at least. |
|
I remember seeing them with T.N. and a few other bands at the Rat. There were literally 10 people in the club, but they still played - I guess Scott Ian hadn't started returning his calls yet, so he didn't think he was a rock star yet. |
