the wireless in my house sometimes doesn't work too well for my ps3 so i just run the cable...
i'm kinda lucky since the router and the tv is in the same room.

How many "system" folders do you have? 31 is the magic number; if you have any more that that, you'll want to delete one.

Who provides your internet?
Did you delete your system32 folder? That usually helps free up slots on a network.
