We just came back from finishing up bass & vocals. Holy fuck. MASSIVE. For backups, Mark is literally doing over a dozen different vocal types. Sewer gutterals, predator vocals, crickets, bullfrog shit... some stuff I can't even think of names for. It sounds like one of those sounds of nature CDs they sell to people who have trouble sleeping, only with slams, blasts, and syncopated grooves.

Also... drunk kareoke style gang vocals? Fuck yes. 4 tracks of them. You'll have to hear it to believe it.

and apparently my vocals came out wet. i dunno what that means. . . but it made me wet. . .
