So i get a message on myspace from rex or whatever his name is.saying that someone sent him a message(which was copy and pasted) saying who i was and that the people would have jumped me(haha most of the audience was my friends and there friends.so thats complete bullshit. and also that they saw me purposely hit him. which is complete bullshit. so to ALL my friends that were there and know the deal.please message this asshole to get a grip and let him know what really happen. becuase apparently the waltham PD is gonna get invovled so anyone that did see it feel free to say soemthing,cause ill be fukcing damned if im going down for pitting for a boys band like most of us do and or showing support. thanks alot.

Lame. Everything I saw from the stage just looked like a regular, fun, rowdy show. A lot of people got hit, but most everyone were friends. I didn't see anyone trying to be malicious, or anything. All in all it was a pretty respectful show, and most everyone was glad to accept a handshake or a pat on the shoulder as a peace offering for taking a punch.

I'm not about to be a tuff-guy-after-the-fact-on-the-internet guy here, but I don't recall anyone looking to jump Will at this show, and if they didn't it wouldn't have worked out well.

In my opinion, whoever on the Brickhouse staff that is keeping this going needs to just leave it alone. It's a broken nose, everyone should get at least one of them in their life. There were no threats, or anybody being a thug. It was just an accident at an otherwise really fun show.

I have a lot of respect for the people who work the Brickhouse, as well as a lot of respect for my boy Will. I didn't see what happened, but from what most people have told me, it seemed like an accident.
Like mike said, I hope things get resolved peacefully without the need for police involvement.
As for the potential "jumping". Laughable. None of the bouncers, nor the sound guy ever implied anything about a "jumping", they just wanted in ensure the safety of the venue so I'm not sure what Rex is talking about.

I didn't hear/see anything about jumping there. heck, Will was allowed to say good bye to everyone and loudly say "IM GETTING KICKED OUT FOR..." for like 15 minutes before he left on his own.

I have no clue what happened with the sound dude. I had no clue until the show was "shutdown". Seeing that sound guy go in the back and have his nose straighted and then going on to do sound for the remaining 2 bands was nothing short of amazing. At that point, I would be either at home crying or at the hospital crying.

Will never deals pain that isnt either 1. an accident or 2. justified. what started out as 1 seems like 2 after the fact, haha.


PS. i would love to see someone try to jump Will at a show. seriously... GOOD LUCK. i will tell you from experience, motherfucker can break away from me holding him behind his back and leaning all of my weight completely straight down. i am over 300 pounds. believe it. not to mention how half of the crowd is usually good friends with him...

I was a couple feet away and saw the whole thing. It was kind of weird because the sound guy like paused for a second after getting hit then he sat down really fast. Granted it wasn't intentional but how it went down seemed like it was by Will's reaction after hitting the sound guy. Your reaction was more like a smirk and a who cares? Which is fine because when you mosh or get in the area that's the risk you take, I knew it wasn't intentional but anyone else who doesn't know the deal might've taken it that way and that's why this shit keeps lingering on. It's just an accident and a huge misunderstanding.

It just sucks that an employee that is trying to just maintain order gets punched square in the face to the excess of breaking his nose and blackening both of his eyes. Accidental or intention, it is unacceptable. We try to let as much go as possible so that everyone enjoys the shows, but this is an example of why we cannot. We are over it, let's move on.

moshing/hardcore dancing is gay. it's actaully gayer than dancing you see at a night club or on the show 'dancing with the stars' and 'so you think you can dance' mainly because it doesn't require any talent to do. gay gay gay.

Ok long story short. Shit got out of hand, and like mom said its all fun and games till someone got hurt! To answer a question, the reason the sound guy was on the pit is that it grew to big. Anyone that knows our layout remembers that a bouncer stands in front of the windows, and one in front of the glass doors to keep you all from killing yourselve's. Other that that and most of you will agree we let you tear it up! This time unfortunatly a table got broke at the back of the pit and the sound guy figured he would come down and give us a hand. That said he got punched...on purpose? mistake? who the hell cares? It sucked and Will was getting crazy before that. I asked him not ten minutes earlier to cut me some space and stop hitting me and he said " why the fuck should I" so I answered that I didnt have a choice of where I stand and he should cut me some slack. A few minutes later he hit the sound guy, and a few of his "friends" admitted that they watched it and it wasnt a mistake. He was asked to leave and he did after flinging chairs and being allowed to say goodbye to his friends. How much more slack you want Will is beyond me. The show went on and all the other people and bands had a good time. PS the sound guy had a concusion, spent all of sunday night and all of monday popping pills and dealing with a migrain.. so if you all think its just a busted nose and he should deal with it, remeber we all have real jobs as well and do this for fun and because we enjoy the music. If it stops being fun we will stop doing the shows.

will is a good shit. DBH is the bomb, one of the best venues around--easily the best in NH. shit happens at shows..anyone who cant accept that is on their own. the magnitude of doods injury sucks but the show must go on.
