Just venting my frustation. This artist was supposed to do 2 t shirt designs for us but never sent us jack shit and its been months. Worst part is he asked for payment upfront so now we are out $125. He seemed legit since his previous clients were bigger name metal bands but he seriously fucked us over and now he won't even reply to any of our emails. Anyone know how this guy is or deal with him? His website is myspace.com/notoftheflock his email is beforehisfall@gmail.com and his sn is just beforehisfall. If anyone knows any other contact info or would like to help us out by bombarding him with email or post this on any other message boards they know of that would be awesome. |

Have you tried contacting the state attorney general or something? Or take his ass to court. |

He lives in PA we would have to there to sue him and it would be a bitch to track him down in small claims court. It would also cost us more than we already paid him. I just want a refund or the designs. |

That fucking sucks. I've seen his work before and thought he was one of the only good artists of the rapid influx of people doing art for "nu-grind" and "nu-death" bands as I like to call them. His myspace says "Not Accepting Work," so I'm guessing something bad happened to him...who knows though. Either way, that's bad business if he's not going to acknowledge the fact that a client has paid for work that he hasn't and most likely will not supply. So fuck him. |

Yeah he is completely ignoring us. He was still stringing us along so I never filed a claim with paypal and when it got to be ridiculous I tried to file the claim but it was more than 45 days since the date of transaction and paypal couldn't give me a refund. I'm so pissed right now at this dude. |

I'll admit I've flaked on some jobs in the past (mainly because of communications breakdown or the other party not being able to give me any straight answers), but I've never taken anyone's money without even letting them know it'll be late or whatever the case may be. I'll donate some work if you guys want. Just send me a message on myspace with any ideas you have and we'll see what we can do. |

this guy seriously has screwed alot of bands, including mine at the moment, we should seriously file a class action lawsuit against him. i have seen more than 15 bands already that have been bent over and reemed by this guy thats about $125 to 200 a piece. in which it might be considered as fraud or larsony. what really gets to me is his lack of of professionalism. he hides behind a facade that he is a legit artist that does legit work, but the only kind of artist this guys is, is a con artist |
