They really should have stayed broken up. Nothing has been worth shit from that band since "Cause of Death". The title track on "The End Complete" did have like the best ending riff though, the only good thing on the record.

i dig everything up to world demise...the end complete is thier best in my opinion...

i hate to say it but James Murphy really made that band. COD was the only Obituary album I enjoyed. Slowly was good also but... COD that was it.

James Murphy didn't write any riffs on that album.....

used to cover Slowly We Rot with my last band... such a fun song to play.

i am saying that James Murphy really made the band with his melodic solos, i mean listen to them! its just like awesome! But even the riffage and production of COD, something about it just made it an incredible one of a kind death metal album.
