System32 is a virus that infects your Windows directory. Microsoft makes software to remedy this called "My Computer". It comes pre-installed with most Windows systems and can most likely be found on your desktop.

To remove the System32 trojan virus, you have two choices. If you are getting an error with a file in the System32 directory, search for that file instead of the full path.

If you delete the system32 folder Brian, you don't get errors within the 32 directory.
