ok those krank cabs go for $1000 new so i would figure if it is in mint condition like you say they would have given you atleast $700-$800 for that alone and that head is close to if not over $2000
they should have atleast given you atleast $2000 and thats on the low side
if i had an extra $2000 laying around i would take that off of your hands.

Their arguement with the krank is that it's a relatively new company so there isn't a huge demand so he said 300 tops for it.
which is why i never do buisiness with GC.
as for the mesa, his arguement was that 'those things sell used for 1300 bucks all the time'.
