New site? Maybe some day.

I'm looking for a decent keyboard amp. I need something loud enough to use for a full band practice that doesn't sound like crap. I'd like to keep the price within a couple hundred or so. If it could double as a mini-PA or bass amp, all the better.
If anyone knows anything about this kind of thing and can suggest anything, let me know. |

im sure yamaha makes good keyboard amps |

I want one of those so bad. I just can't see spending alot of money just to make my self look silly. |

Roland's are good, I think. |

thanks for the info. i've already realized through my own searching that i'll need to incread the budget.
blue, have you used that amp before? |
|
i havent, but carvin are well known for their great reliablity and workhorse products. ive used carvin products before, and theyve been great. my bass player uses a carvin head thats about 10 years old, never had a single problem. plus you cant beat their prices, ever. |

i still agree a keytar would be way cooler... or a giant keyboard, like in big, and you can jump around on it like one of those nintendo pads for track and field... anyway.... |
|
you'd still need an amp for that keytar |
