Wernt Venom and Celtic Frost refered to as "Black" Metal back in the early 80s also?
i think its the same deal with MF. celtic frost had the dark imagery and venom was just fucking brutal and they influenced BM so much..but imho what we now call BM came from bathory...im not sure if they were called black metal or if anything was at the time...i mean obviously venom had the song/album so i guess by the own definition they are black metal
