RAID 5/6 is tough to upgrade. The Drobos you can put in whatever sided drives you want. Unfortunately, I formatted mine when it only went up to 16TB and not 64TB. So I got 2x8TB drives. I'm backing up everything to a new location and then formatting my drobo. Almost done.
