Let me repost this to clarify, since my name didn't quite fit into the allowed space, much like this lumpy cro-magnon doesn't quite fit into his Origin t-shirt.
Step one is recognizing symptoms. For instance, it is quite easy to distinguish between someone who is regular ugly, and someone who is so obnoxiously ugly that there is no explanation other than genetic deformity caused by calcium deposits in the skull.
