I don't think people should get offended by words over the internet. There will always be drama though. Especially on message boards. I stopped posting at the defy unlearn board because I couldn't handle how uptight everyone was there. At least here it's more laid back and I'm cool with a lot more people via internet, and in person. There was a long period of time that Joe and I would be arguing back and forth, and I look back and think how retarded it was and laugh. All I can say is that I've learned to tolerate more people more here than anywhere else.
