Politicians are nothing but a mere representation of the general beliefs of the local citizenry, nothing more. Nothing should seperate them from your average citizen; we vote them into office to speak for us. But alas, how it not so. They are, in most cases, upperclass people who feel some sort of entitlement because of their position. They'd take money over their own values. Politicians are corrupt to begin with; no law shall cater solely to that of politicians.
