Agreed, but expanding the critique; this'll sound harsh but it is a critique not criticism:
Its shitty because its completely unremarkable. Not only are you screaming in a very monotone style, but your choice of vocal rhythms is also completely generic. You're not so much screaming as just yelling into the mic. And unfortunately, failing at screaming and sounding like this is a completely unremarkable event also. I've heard dozens of bands where the vocalist sounds almost exactly like you.
At the very least you need to incorporate low and high screams, and probably develop a few more particular screaming styles/accents/sound shapes. Mix and match for particular moments in each song. And for fuck's sake turn around, act like you're glad to be playing a show and demonstrate some goddamn stage presence. Even if there's only 5 people there and no one is into you act like its the last show you'll ever play. Tell your bandmates to do the same.
