I also made sure to keep my wrists straight, but with the bar I've been using it locks your wrists straight. Anyhow, it's not wrists. It feels like the center of the bone in the front of my forearms are going to snap. When I put the weights down, it hurts for a second and then stops. Anyhow, dips hurt a little, but only when coming off the bar. Also, when I throw a ball hard to the puppies, it also twinges in the middle of my arm.[/QUOTE]
