lol, Have you ever stopped to think about where doctor's get their information?
From poorly executed studies paid for by Big Agra/the Gov't. If you read the first saturated fat link you'd see information on Ancel Keys' study that completely disproves it.

And if you really need some more scientific information regarding saturated fat (I always show people Mark's Daily Apple first because it's the most down to earth) then I can link you to some more places.
