I've had 2 phone swaps and the other 3 times I went to the store, they replaced components on the phone (but they don't consider this as a phone replacement, so I haven't reached the 3 phone-exchange policy yet). I'm coming up on the end of my contract soon so with any luck, there will be some decent choices this holiday season. I'm running 6.5 with SPB Mobile Shell, it kicks a ton of ass but the phone still fucks itself every so often. You tried flashing something off PPC-Geeks? Mighty ROM maybe?
