all new bands indeed. pretty sure only 3 bands from the first one are still active today.

i have been thinking about doing this for a while. too much bitching and stupid shit i didn't want to deal with last time i tried. everyone seems to have an idea to make shit better but no idea how to actually make it happen. ie 2 disc set w dvd and stuff. neat idea but how we gonna pay for it?

biggest problem last time was poor recordings from most bands and no money for mastering. Was thinking about getting less cpoies made and using the extra $ for mastering but the difference in price between 500 and 1000 copies is after set up charges and all isn't really that much. probly not enough for mastering. Dont think we need 1000 copies anyways unless passing them out at another metal fest or the NEDF.

if there are enough bands interested in throwing down a few bucks to get a nice comp made i'll do whatever to help organize it again. but i have no real vested interest in the matter since i have no band and do not want to make a penny off of it. maybe if i wanted to sign bands to aural defecation records it would be cool. maybe i'll make it a "real" record label someday and actually sign a band.
