They are not only going against the "law" but also defying a word of allah, which is a big no-no in the Arabic world. It's mostly the young Iranian crowd that is participating in this.
It's western influence blending with Eastern influence. It's only going to get worse

And again, the people standing up for themselves being called "a riot" undermines their bravery and smacks of, dare I say, "mainstream media bullshit".
