Being in a band is like having a girlfriend except you have 5 or 6 or 4 of them and you all are girlfriends with each other that can get pretty tricky. Patience, Communication, Perseverance, Temperance, and Focus will all help you on your journey. glad i could babble that to you... don't be afraid to cut the chord on some one or reorganize an entire band. you'll eventually end up doing the Incest family band swap that all muscians end up doing unless people stop playing completely(which sucks because the music should be in your heart not some fad but it's understandable if people have other things larger in their heartthat they have to do... not just being some cheeze that doesn't do shit and used to play) or have their band get big and there's no need for them to change bands or what not. A rare gem is if a band has all it's original members and succeeds forever until they are to old to play. .... keep on playing and feel it from the heart
