Such as making sure one radio station doesn't overpower another or take over their frequency. I'm pretty sure i read that the FCC really doesn't have any right to censor or give out fines at all but they do it because it has become so common for them to do so. I have no problem with the FCC enforcing that my neighbors baby monitor doesn't interfere with my wireless mouse working or that kinds of junk but i am forcefully against the FCC getting involved in any kind of censorship or fining of what they consider 'offensive'
