If you think his material sounds like he blatantly ripped off those 3 bands, especially the material on Det Som Engang Var, Hvis Lyset Tar Oss, and Filosofem (especially these three albums); you're smoking something that I might (or might not) like to try. Yeah "War" is definitely a Bathory worship song in my opinion, but overall Burzum had its own unique sound. Come on, you say Venom? What the hell? I could have seen you saying Von, as opposed to Venom, I don't hear that at all in his music.
