So basically he gets all the bullshit involved with working for the man and none of the perks of working for himself. It kinda sucks but he's good at it, he likes the work and the pay is killer in the on-season. He has a lot of schedule flexibility and that's cool, but it's pretty bunk sometimes. He works on the side sometimes but not formally right now, his company seems to think he shouldn't do side work but yet has little to no work to offer him...they're money-grubbing cunts.
