Snack: Usually nuts of some sort, pistachios, mixed nuts, or cashews. Or sweaty man nuts, those work too.

Some people do yogurt (no fruit), cottage cheese, that kinda crap. I'm lazy. PB on celery is a good bet. - Dinner: See lunch. I get lazy with dinner as often as not, 'cause my girl's a terrible eater, but if we eat separately (she works later then I do), I'll do lentil soup, or something chicken. Sometimes whole wheat pasta with whatever. (I like clam sauce, personally.)


sounds do-able. i usually make chicken with some veggies for dinner already
