Looky what i got in the mail today, took them two weeks to respond my complaint, and they didn't answer it.

"The demand for this year’s free OZZFEST was incredible. Fans rushed to the web site and claimed more than 428,000 free tickets, our entire inventory, in just 72 hours time.

We are sorry our ticket inventory was exhausted before you were able to obtain free tickets. However, we would like to show our appreciation for your interest in OZZFEST by attempting to deliver free tickets to OZZFEST in your area if additional inventory becomes available. Failing that, we would like to be able to offer you free tickets to another Live Nation show this summer.

To enable us to contact you if additional free tickets become available for OZZFEST or another show in your area, please use the link below to provide us with basic contact information so we can get back in touch with you if additional ticket inventory becomes available.
