its true, if you look at all the slam bands you can easily compare WTC with the likes of dying fetus, devourment, internal bleeding, etc. etc. if you don't like WTC then why listen?? i'm a fan of sick slamming death and feel as if WTC is doing nothing but paying homage to the past slam bands and creating a more modern-vibe with it. love this band can't wait to see them play in texas in may! their shows must be crushing.... i see this talk of MA vs. NJ/NY area followed by the talk of "roots" and "who did what first" are you people really serious?? lets not forget that some of the most innovative/genre defining bands have came from that area! looks like many on this forum need to do a little research!
