I saw a galm pick pf phil in a exhorder shirt that convinced me of this story anyway! Tis true. Phil, being from NOLA, saw Exhorder and became a huge fan. On Vulgar, Phil totally took on Kyle Thomas' style. It doesn't mean Pantera sucks because of that. The lyrics,vocals,and guitar solos kick ass.
