within the fray: it was at this point that I realize how disgusting/smokey it was in there and how much my cloths stank and my lungs hurt. Any how, eric broke a string (i guess that's what you get when you sport the base in another band). They had a more metal in their music too, loosing most of the metalcore aspects and leaning to the sound of a more metal DTS. they also had their backs to the crowd for most of the set, which limited my options for shooting.

nicaea room, the: they get the most drunk award for the evening. The singer and drummer were pretty sloppy. The singer thrashed around the stage and spent 1/2 the time head over heels in the crowd. At some point the fight above happened basically on my back, but I couldn't see anything due to the crappy lights. I know I heard something smash and shower me... Found out later that it was a smashed bottle... But I kept shooting.
