for those of you that don't know, for the passed 10 days, I was trying a "diet" experiment.
the diet is here:

10 days where I drink soy milk for breakfast and lunch and then eat sushi for diner.
I must admit that I was hungry a bunch, but I found that I was more alert and awake than usual. Also the one real meal I ate all day was so fucking good.

I honestly had a good time doing this diet and plan on attempting other 10 day diets in the future.

and I did not do this to loose weight or anything like that. I just wanted to see if I could drastically change my diet and how it would affect me.

today is day 11, so I'm breaking my diet with a feta omlette in about 20 minutes. I didn't cheat a single time either, go me!
