There isn't really much sense to taking legal action..
As my buddy Kurt pointed out:

'There are two problems with taking legal action against the ARA/ADL in this situation. Firstly, and most obviously, is that the ADL probably has the finest lawyers in the country on their side (for, again, obvious reasons). Secondly, you would have to attain messages that were sent from said organizations to the owner of the venue. It is NOT slander/libel if the organizations said anything to the effect of "In our opinion...". Moreover, if this did go to court, all they would have to ask either the bands involved or the promoter is if they have ANY attachment to ANYTHING NS/WP/et cetera. And since FPR does in fact distribute said music, they would have to answer yes. It's a bullshit situation, and something must be done about it, but pursuing it legally would only cost FPR more money than they've already lost without any benefit to this situation or future ones.'
